LDCE IP Exam Application Process 2026
Department of Posts ke LDCE IP Exam 2026 ke liye online application APT (IT 2.0) ke common Employee Portal ke through submit karni hai. LDCE IP Exam ke liye separate application URL nahi hai.
Step 1: Employee Portal Par Login Karein
Employee Portal: http://app.indiapost.gov.in/employeeportal
Login ke liye:
- Login ID: 8-digit Employee ID
- Password: APT Employee Portal wala existing password
Login ke baad Self Service icon par click karein.
Step 2: Application Management Open Karein
Self Service ke andar:
Recruitment and Promotions → Application Management (Candidate)
Yahan teen options milenge:
- Apply Online – New application ke liye
- My Applications – Submitted applications aur status check karne ke liye
- View Orders and Rulings – Related orders/rulings dekhne ke liye
Step 3: Apply Online Karein
Apply Online select karein.
Ab:
- Parent Circle select karein.
- Original (Lien) Cadre select karein.
- Submit par click karein.
- Available notifications mein relevant LDCE IP Exam notification select karein.
Iske baad application form open ho jayega.
Step 4: Personal & Service Details Fill Karein
Employee Name, Gender, Category, Date of Birth aur Disability jaise basic details PIS se automatically fetch hongi.
Candidate ko:
- Mobile Number
- Email ID
- Feeder Cadre
- Feeder Cadre Joining Date
enter karna hoga. Mobile aur email ko OTP se validate karna zaroori hai. Service eligibility Feeder Cadre Joining Date ke basis par calculate hogi.
Office details mein Parent Office PIN enter karke Fetch karein. Parent Office, Controlling Authority aur Nodal Authority details auto-populate hongi.
Deputation par working candidates ko Deputation = Yes select karke deputation office details enter karni hongi.
Step 5: Additional Details & Save
Additional Details mein applicable Yes/No information select karein, including qualifying service, pending criminal prosecution aur suspension/disciplinary case-related details.
Save Above Details par click karne se pehle sabhi information verify karein. Successful saving par “Details saved successfully” message show hoga.
Step 6: Circle Preference, Photo & Signature
IP Exam ke liye all 23 Postal Circles ki preference deni hogi.

- 30 KB–100 KB
- 4:5 portrait ratio
Signature
- JPG format
- 20 KB–100 KB
- 5:2 landscape ratio
Step 7: Preview & Final Submission
Preview and Submit par click karke complete application carefully check karein.
Phir:
Confirm and Submit → Declaration Check Boxes → Submit Application
Successful submission par “Application Submitted Successfully” message show hoga. Final submission ke baad normal editing allowed nahi hogi.
Agar error aaye, error rectify karke application resubmit karein. Same technical error continue hone par Service Desk ticket raise karein with screenshot and issue details.
Step 8: Application Verification & Correction
Submitted application Controlling Authority ko verification ke liye available hogi.
Agar koi field incorrect hoti hai, application “Verification Reverted” status ke saath candidate ko return ki ja sakti hai.
Candidate ko My Applications → Resubmit Application par jaakar highlighted fields correct karke application resubmit karni hogi.
Important: Candidates ko examination date tak My Applications regularly check karna chahiye.
Step 9: Admit Card Download
Admit Card My Applications ke Admit Card column mein available hoga.
My Applications → Admit Card → View
View button Circle ke hall ticket generation process complete hone ke baad enable hoga.
