We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales / Counsellor Intern to guide and assist government employees in understanding our courses and completing their enrollment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with prospective learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and interact with interested government employees via calls and chats

• Clearly explain course details, eligibility criteria, and benefits

• Address queries and resolve doubts professionally

• Guide candidates step-by-step through the online enrollment process

• Follow up with leads to ensure successful registration

Requirements

• Confident and professional personality

• Fluent in Hindi (basic English preferred)

• Comfortable communicating with government employees

• Flexible working hours, but mandatory availability from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM for calls and chats

• Good persuasion and interpersonal skills
